We are specifically set up to supply retailers with quality items. This is why we insist on the £50 minimum order.
To make an order
Browse through the website, click 'Add to order' on the products required, enter the quantity required, then press 'Continue selections' or 'Complete order'.
One of our staff will contact you to confirm your selections, and notify you of the availability of the selections, the invoice total, including delivery and VAT.
Payment can then be made by Debit or Credit cards, cheque in person or by post or payment by cash in person. No stock will be allowed to be despatched until funds have been authorised and cleared.
An invoice will be despatched by email and with the products.
Should a requested item be unavailable, we will recommend an alternative product if there is a suitable item. You will have the option of refusing the item.
Should a product price vary from that on the website, we will notify you prior to despatch to ensure your acceptance.
Shipping And Handling
We will ship stock items via a courier. Any special delivery requirements must be specified in the optional box when ordering, this option may incur additional charges.
Delivery Schedule.
We deliver your order as soon as funds have been cleared. Please allow 5 working days for payment by cheque (From receipt of cheque.)
Tax Charges.
For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added to the price online.
